Dr. Yuking Chou Brandenburgh is an internationally acclaimed pianist, esteemed educator, and founder of GlobalScale Piano and the Yuking Chou Brandenburgh Piano Studio. Currently on the faculty at the College-Conservatory of Music, University of Cincinnati, Dr. Brandenburgh has a distinguished performance and teaching career, including winning prestigious piano competitions in Spain, Italy, and Austria. Her students—who have won awards on three continents—have performed on the world’s greatest stages, from Vienna’s concert halls to New York’s Carnegie Hall.

Dr. Brandenburgh holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in piano performance from the renowned University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna, Austria, and a doctorate from the College-Conservatory of Music at the University of Cincinnati, where she also served as a graduate assistant in the Collaborative and Secondary Piano Departments.

With a rich multicultural background that spans Asia, Europe, and the United States, Dr. Brandenburgh brings a unique and global perspective to her teaching. Her passion for nurturing the next generation of pianists is fueled by her own experiences on the international stage, inspiring her students to excel as musicians and artists.
